We're based in Wentzville, MO and serve a roughly 30-mile radius. Most of the Greater St. Charles County area is covered — reach out if you're not sure we cover your location.

Just a standard outdoor electrical outlet within ~100 feet of the setup area. We bring everything else — the screen, projector, speakers, all cables, and a streaming device. You provide your own seating (chairs, blankets, etc.) and a streaming account.
The inflated screen is 20ft wide and about 15ft tall. You'll want at least 30ft of depth for optimal viewing distance, and a clear path of roughly 25ft wide. A large backyard, driveway, or open field works great.
We monitor the weather closely. If there's a high chance of rain or strong winds on your event day, we'll reach out to reschedule at no charge. Light drizzle is usually manageable — we'll make the call together.
Absolutely. We bring an HDMI-capable streaming device. You'll log into your own streaming account, or you can cast directly from a phone or laptop. We support essentially any streaming service.
We recommend calling at least 1 week ahead to ensure availability, especially during summer weekends. You can call further out and we'll hold your date — no problem.
Cancel up to 72 hours before your event for a full refund. Cancellations inside 72 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. We understand life happens — reach out and we'll work with you.
Yes! That's part of the deal. We arrive ~1 hour before sunset, handle the full setup, and come back after the show to take everything down. You don't have to lift a finger.
No travel fee within our standard service area (roughly 30 miles from Wentzville). For locations beyond that, contact us and we'll work something out.
